Massage Services:
-
First-time clients will begin with a brief intake consultation, typically 20–30 minutes, during which Madylan will review your health history and discuss your goals for massage therapy. This is followed by a full one-hour Integrative Therapeutic Massage.

Lymphatic massage is a gentle, rhythmic therapy designed to stimulate the body's lymphatic system, supporting the natural drainage of lymph fluid and promoting detoxification. This work strengthens immune function, reduces inflammation and swelling, and encourages the body's innate ability to heal. It is particularly beneficial for clients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those experiencing chronic fatigue, inflammation, or compromised immune function.
-
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light-touch healing modality that works by releasing fascial tension in the connective tissue surrounding the brain and spinal cord, facilitating the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid and supporting optimal function of the central nervous system.
This therapy is particularly beneficial for recovery from head injuries, high-impact trauma such as motor vehicle accidents, neurological conditions, and the lasting effects of emotional or physical trauma. Because craniosacral therapy directly supports brain and nervous system function, its benefits extend to every system in the body, making it a valuable therapy for a remarkably wide range of clients and conditions.

Dealing with chronic pain, limited range of motion, or scar tissue and adhesions and struggling to find lasting relief? Myofascial therapy may be the answer.
This specialized approach targets tension and dysfunction in the muscles and connective tissue, improving function across multiple body systems. Techniques may include therapeutic stretching, scar tissue mobilization, positional release, trigger point therapy, and fascial tension release holds, all tailored to your specific needs and goals.
-
Trigger point therapy uses focused, deep pressure on specific points within the muscles and fascia to release tension, alleviate pain, and restore healthy tissue function. To prepare the body for deeper work, Madylan incorporates warming lotions and hot wet compresses to gently warm the muscles and may also incorporate hot stones when appropriate.
-
These focused sessions center on therapeutic hand and foot massage and/or reflexology, offering targeted relief for the often overworked and overlooked extremities. Foot reflexology incorporates specialized hot stone tools to enhance the treatment experience and deepen therapeutic benefit.
This service is particularly effective for clients dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and general tension or overuse in the wrists, hands, feet, and ankles.
